I went on a big hike today burning a lot of calories and I didn't eat much for breakfast nor on the hike so I figured I can take the high fat and caloric content of the Heart Attack Grill at Neonopolis at Fremont Street on a Saturday night. I had the single bypass burger without the optional bacon slices, flatliner fries deep fried in pure lard, and the chocolate butterfat shake. The shake was very thick and topped with a slice of butter. I opted not to eat the butter. I couldn't eat half of the shake as it didn't appeal to me at all. The burger wasn't good either. I would have expected it to be very tasty due to the high fat content, but I was disappointed! Although, I ate the entire burger and thought afterwards I shouldn't have wasted the calories particularly since it didn't taste very good. The fries were worse. I only had a quarter of them. I could have eaten the entire meal, but the food sucked and I didn't want to force myself to eat such crap. It was a waste of $15. Take note they only accept cash. I gave a $3 tip only out of pity. The waitresses mostly looked sad. The outfits were too tight for girls that don't look good in them at all. I can tell they probably don't get tipped well and it doesn't look like they're having much fun. Oh and here's the last straw. I asked for water, but they don't serve bottled water. Weird since on the menu. I guess that's too healthy an option. I then asked for some tap water. The waitress apologized and refused again since they don't serve tap water. I really don't like to let food go to waste, but I (very amazingly) couldn't eat all of this crap. In conclusion, the place sucks and I'll never go back there again!
